Testing FileZilla Server yields performances similar to the FTP server on the Solaris M5K2 server and 4 times the performace of
the IIS FTP server. Transferring a 1Gig file between the VSO & NSO over the 20Mbps link, took 440 sec (2,272,727 * 8 = 18.1MBps)
