09:55 "Printing issue email from Gavin with PDF attached. When the PDF is printed from NitroPro it prints black boxes. 
-Tested from my machine with a different printer driver - PCL6 V4 Driver for universal printer. Gavin using the Ricoh C3000 printer driver. Got the same result.
-I printed the PDF OK from Chrome & MS Edge. Quick Google suggested issues with Nitro. Advised Gavin to print the PDF from his browser.
