12:00 Iocne project meeting - Exchange 2016 Decommissioning and Licensing: Stuart, Russell and Matthew reviewed the steps for decommissioning Exchange 2016, confirming that Paul's mailbox migration must be completed first, and discussed licensing requirements and the retrieval of the 2016 product key, with Russell tasked to follow up.

12:00 Iocan progect meeting. Still WIP. Need to recover Paul's archived emails. Advised I have no preference for hybrid or cloud model. What ever is cheapest easiest. Do we need to pay for an Exhange 2016 license in hybrid mode? if so how much.
