11:50 Email to Edwin asking if this was still an issue. Will log an Iocane ticket if it is. 
12:06 Edwin confirm it is still an issue.
12:10 Email to Iocane support asking them to take a look. 
12:16 Iocane ticket raised - IMS 175771
14:39 Shan suggested some options for Edwin to try. Waiting Edwin's repsonse.
14:49 Edwin advised he followed the steps and the issue was now resolved. 

Told Iocane they can close the ticket. Docemented this in CohdaIT.chm for future reference.
